Association of small producers of medicinal plants

The association NUKUI is formed by Shuar women in the year 1999. The goal of the business initiative is to take advantage of the richness of the Amazon region in which the Shuar live and to improve quality of  live of the families in this region. Production takes place according to the ¨Aja Shuar¨ system, a model of agricultural production in an ecological way.
